As a private-owned company, we do not have the right to issue a visa of any kind for you. In other words, we are only responsible for supporting and giving advice to the travellers who have the intention of visiting Vietnam. The final decision on Vietnam visa applications is depended only on the local Vietnam Embassy or Consulate in your home country. The price you pay for the Vietnam Visa Application does not mean any fees charged by the Vietnam Embassy or Consulate.

Processing time for arranging pre-approved letter offered by Vietnamvisatour.com may last 2-3 working days and depend on processing time provided by Vietnam Immigration Department under normal circumstances. The processing time will start after your payment on the next business day and help us to notify your payment receipt. Vietnam Immigration Department may acquire additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations.
Once you receive your visa approval letter though your email address you submitted during the process, our service is officially completed. It is important to inform us in case there is no letter sent to your email. And you do not send us any email informing that you have not received the letter yet within 7 day, our responsibility is finished. If there is any delay/loss caused by the wrong email address provided by the applicants or in case of no email notifies us that you do not receive the letter happen, we take no responsibility to it.

You are allowed to offer a cancel request if your booking status is “wait payment” or “pay done”.
If you successfully submitted your application in compliance with the Terms and Conditions presented in the application form that you already agreed to when u finished your form at our Website, there is unfortunately no refund for you. In the situation that your visa application status is “payment received” or “under processing”, we are unable to repay your visa fee.
There is a case in which you will be refunded all the fees to your account: your visa application is refused by the Immigration Department.
You are required to provide us all the correct information requested for your visa at your proposed departure time. In case of any incorrectly regarded visa or inaccurate visa information, we hold no responsibility. Nevertheless, we can try our best to address any visa issues before the departure and even in that circumstance, no refund will be paid by us due to false or inaccurate information at the time of issue. It is required to fully check your visa confirmation letter, your passport as well as your personal information before departure.
We recommend that you should take notice of the details of the approval letter in case immigration officers make mistakes because everyone makes mistakes. If finding out any mistakes on the letter please notify us immediately through EMAIL and wait until it is corrected. However, if there is no notification sent to our email for error correction within 7 days since we give you the approval letter or at least 30 minutes before your departure time (applied for urgent 2 working hour service), we will not take charge of any failed applications or declined entries. And we are not responsible in case you call off your application by yourself and started to use services provided by other companied before the problem is solved. In this situation, all compensation requests will be declined.
You should notice that this visa is applied to air travel only, which means you agree to fly to Vietnam to get your visa stamped by applying online through our website. We will not responsible for any refund if you DO NOT travel to Vietnam by air as your visa is approved.
In case the fees are paid by the government agencies, you should contact the related agencies directly, not us in order to receive the refund.

If your visa application is refused by Vietnam Immigration Department, we are not liable for any loss, delay or cancellation of your flight ticket, tour or accommodation booking in this case. However, we will pay you back the full amount paid for our service. Therefore, in order to avoid any possible problems, we highly suggest that you should apply for your visa at least 1-2 weeks in advance in case the process lasts more than 2 working days as usual by any unexpected factors because it is highly leaned on Vietnam Immigration Department.
Normally, each application will be issued one approval letter; however, there are some exceptions, especially in peak seasons and urgent processing requests, all applicants who apply for a visa at the same time or same date of departure can find the letter on a shared basis based on Vietnam Immigration Department’s decision only. In case of special request for detached letter, please select Share Visa when applying.
