4 STEPS TO GET VIETNAM VISA
In order to use Vietnam Visa On Arrival Service, you can contact one of the companies or travel agents who are licensed sponsor of immigration by Vietnam Immigration Department, they will help you process the documents to arrange visa approval letter via 4 steps:
1. FILL IN THE VISA FORM

2. CONFIRM AND MAKE PAYMENT FOR SERVICE FEE

After checking clearly your information, you can choose more service as: Fast Track service or Car pick-up if you need.
We supply secure online payment through credit cards:
Visa, Master card, JCB, Dinner Club, American Express, … via Paypal/Onepay gate.
With these booking code which have the date arrival is far from the apply date, if you do not have credit cards you can contact with us to pay via
Western Union.
3. GET VISA APPROVAL LETTER
After we received the payment for your visa application, we will start to process your visa. (We will send your information to Vietnam Immigration to check and issue visa letter for you).
It takes 2 working days (normal service) to arrange visa approval letter for you. (Or shorter in the case of an
Urgent Service)
After we received your visa approval letter from Vietnam Immigration Deparment, we will scan and send it through email to you. (attached an entry and exit form)
4. PREPARE AND GET YOUR VISA STAMPED UPON ARRIVAL

You need prepare something before you arrival airport:

Print out the visa approval letter and the entry and exit form

Prepare 2 passport sized photos (white background) and amount in USD for stamping fee
+ Stamping fee for one month / three months Visa single entry: 25 USD
+ Stamping fee for Visa one month / three months multiple entry: 50 USD
+ Stamping fee for Visa six months single entry: 25 USD
+ Stamping fee for Visa six months multiple entry: 135 USD

Your passport (with valid at least 6 months)
When you arrival Vietnam International airport, you show all thing which
you prepared (visa approval letter, entry and exit form, 2 photos, passport)
to the Immigration Officer in here to get your visa stamped after you pay stamping fee for them.
